Dear Will,
The past two weeks, your Mom and I have seen a change in your behavior. You are resisting directions more and more. You are still basically a good boy, but your tantrums have grown quite a bit.
Having said that, I love watching you learn new things, hearing new words you learn, and watching you do more and more by yourself all the time. You are still the best thing I have ever done, and I want you to know how deeply I love you. There isn't anything I wouldn't do for you, if I needed to.
May you never grow to take for granted that you have 2 parents who love you, and who think you are the highlight to their day.
Oh, and take it easy on the chicken and fries, there are a LOT of options for food out there. Your parents get pretty sick of going to McDinners when we should be enjoying the food somewhere else...
